Hero MotoCorp has officially launched its all-new Vida VX2 electric scooter in India. Starting at an ex-showroom price of ₹59,490, the VX2 introduces a fresh segment to electric mobility, which Hero calls the “Evooter.” This new concept aims to merge eco-friendliness, smart tech, and performance of an EV with the everyday practicality and comfort of a traditional scooter.


Hero Vida VX2: Battery Options and Riding Range

The Vida VX2 is offered in two battery variants:

  • Vida VX2 Go: Equipped with a 2.2 kWh battery pack, offering a riding range of up to 92 km on a single charge.

  • Vida VX2 Plus: Comes with a larger 3.4 kWh battery, delivering a maximum range of 142 km.

Both models are compatible with Hero’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, providing users the flexibility of battery swapping or leasing.


Features of the Hero Vida VX2

Hero’s VX2 Evooter stands out with cloud connectivity and remote immobilization, making it the only scooter in its category to offer such safety and smart tech.

  • The VX2 Plus variant includes a 4.3-inch TFT display,

  • While the VX2 Go features a 4.3-inch LCD screen.

  • It also supports smartphone pairing for real-time stats, telemetry data, and FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates.

  • In addition, the scooter supports fast charging, reaching 80% battery in just 60 minutes.
