Top 5 Safest Cars in India in 2025 – Bharat NCAP Crash Test Ratings Explained
The Bharat New Car Assessment Program (BNCAP), launched in August 2023, was created to raise vehicle safety standards in India and align them with international benchmarks. The crash testing process primarily evaluates Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and Child Occupant Protection (COP). Impressively, 18 of these received a full 5-star safety rating for both adult and child occupants.
