Bank of Baroda (BOB) has announced the recruitment of Business Correspondent (BC) Coordinators for the year 2025.This initiative aims to enhance the bank's outreach and provide financial services to underserved regions.The positions are available on a contractual basis, with a tenure of 12 months, subject to annual review.

Position Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

For Retired Bank Employees:

  • Retired officers (including voluntary retirees) up to the rank of Chief Manager from any PSU bank.
  • Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB with a good track record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of rural banking experience.
  • Maximum age for continuation as BC Coordinator: 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

  • Graduate degree with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
  • Preferred qualifications: M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.
  • Age limit at the time of appointment: 21 to 45 years.
  • Maximum age for continuation as BC Coordinator: 65 years.

Age Limit:

  • For Young Candidates: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment.
  • For Retired Bank Employees: Maximum age for continuation as BC Coordinator is 65 years.

Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive a mixed structure of monthly remuneration comprising both fixed and variable components.The fixed component is ₹15,000 per month, and the variable component is up to ₹10,000 per month, based on performance.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and called for an interview.The final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
