FSSAI Internship Program, January 2025 Batch

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is offering its Internship Program for January 2025, providing students with an opportunity to gain practical exposure to food safety and regulatory frameworks. This program allows participants to work closely with FSSAI officials, contributing to various projects related to food safety, nutrition, and standards.

This internship is an excellent chance for students to enhance their understanding of the food regulatory environment while building valuable professional experience.

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) establishes science-based standards for food articles and oversees their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale, and import to ensure safe and wholesome food for India’s 130 crore citizens. The authority also creates a robust information network across the nation, enabling the public and consumers to access reliable and timely information about food safety, hygiene, and related issues.

In its third year, the FSSAI Internship Scheme offers young talent in the field of Foods and Nutrition an opportunity to gain hands-on experience through an Inter-Industry-Academia collaboration. This program provides interns with a chance to contribute to impactful live projects spanning 1 to 6 months, where they can channel their enthusiasm and skills to make a meaningful difference in the country’s food landscape.
